Trixi Gronau THEA Notebook Persian lamb grey
The THEA notebook is a one of a kind piece with a
past. Its cover once was a Persian lamb coat that
had been worn for many years. In our workshop the
curly grey fur receives a second life as a book
cover, which makes THEA a companion that exists
exactly once.
THEA is made in the Trixi Gronau bookbindery at our
Hamburg atelier. Our family has been working with
paper and cover materials since 1963. The page block
is carefully assembled, the fur cover applied by
hand, every edge checked individually.
144 cream-coloured pages in a heavy 100 gsm quality
hold notes, thoughts and sketches. Portrait format
14 x 18 cm, spine around 2.5 cm, with a grey ribbon
marker keeping your current page.
If you are looking for a present that exists only
once, THEA is a strong choice. The soft fur invites
touch, the cream page block adds a calm contrast,
and the story of the old coat comes along as a
