The luxury of simple writing
Few writing instruments are as direct as a pencil.
A sheet of paper, a finely sharpened graphite
point and an idea begins to take shape. Graf von
Faber-Castell celebrates this simple pleasure with

The two No. III pencils are made from brown
cedarwood. Fine fluting gives their barrels a
distinctive texture and a comfortable feel in the
hand. Each pencil is finished with a silver-plated
cap. Measuring 17.5 cm and fitted with B-grade
graphite leads, they are ideal for handwritten
notes, initial ideas and sketches.
At the heart of the set is a fine white eraser
with a ribbed surface and a silver-plated sleeve
engraved with the Graf von Faber-Castell coat of
arms. The combination of matte white, finely
textured cedarwood and polished silver-plated
metal transforms everyday writing essentials into

Presented in its original dark green ribbed
corrugated cardboard box, the set makes a
