NEWDES by Sompex TIP Rechargeable Table Lamp White
NEWDES by Sompex TIP Rechargeable Table Lamp White
A circle of light. A distinctive silhouette.
Some lamps make an impression before they are even
switched on. NEWDES TIP by Sompex is one of them.
A flat, circular lamp head rests on a slender,
tapered aluminium body. Its unusual geometry gives
TIP an almost sculptural presence, while the white
finish emphasises the purity of the design.
Light shaped into a ring
Instead of a conventional lampshade, TIP features
a continuous LED light ring beneath its circular
head. This distinctive construction is both the
visual signature of the lamp and the source of its
atmospheric illumination.
The adjustable lamp head allows the light to be
directed to suit its surroundings.
Choose between two white colour temperatures, 2700
K and 3000 K, to create a warmer or slightly more
neutral atmosphere.
The continuous touch dimmer allows precise
brightness adjustment, while the memory function
recalls the previous dimming setting.
Beautiful indoors. Practical outdoors.
On a side table beside the sofa, TIP has the
presence of a contemporary design object. On a
terrace, it complements natural stone, timber and
modern outdoor furniture.
Its IP65 rating provides protection against dust
and water jets, making the lamp suitable for
outdoor use.
Cordless freedom
The integrated lithium-ion rechargeable battery
makes TIP easy to position without a nearby power
socket.
Depending on the brightness setting, the lamp
offers approximately 10 to 75 hours of operation.
Recharging takes around 6.5 hours using the
supplied charging station.
Measuring just 21 cm in height and 13.5 cm in
diameter, TIP remains compact enough for smaller
tables.
Our favourite detail: The illuminated circular
ring, which changes its appearance with every
viewing angle. A striking balance between
geometric clarity and atmospheric light.
