Ester & Erik is a Danish family business that has been creating elegant hand-dipped candles since 1987. Founded from Ester and Erik’s shared passion for craftsmanship, quality and aesthetics, the brand brings warmth, style and special moments of light into the home.

The story began with Erik’s vision of creating a truly distinctive handmade candle. Drawing on his creative expertise, he even developed a special candle-pulling machine that is still in use today. At the same time, Ester focused on perfecting the quality of every detail, from colouring and lacquer finish to the final packaging. Ester & Erik candles are hand-dipped and made from carefully selected raw materials. The wicks are crafted from pure cotton, while the colours and lacquers are water-based and free from acetone and aniline. In this way, the brand combines traditional craftsmanship with modern conscious production methods to create candles of exceptional quality. At TRIXI GRONAU Hamburg, Ester & Erik represents elegant taper candles and beautifully finished design candles that enrich interiors with Scandinavian clarity, refined workmanship and a warm atmosphere.
