ORDERING

Choose the item you would like and, where there is a choice, the version, colour or variant, then add it to your basket.

Open your basket and follow the steps at the checkout. There you enter your delivery address, choose your shipping and payment method and place your order.

You can order without setting up a customer account.

If you have a question about an item or would like a hand with your order, we are glad to advise you personally.

You can reach us by phone, by e-mail and on WhatsApp. We can talk through items, versions, personalisation or any special request.

Our advice hours:

Monday to Friday, 12:00 to 18:00.Saturdays by arrangement, except on public holidays.

If your order is a gift, simply add the free item Gift wrap to your basket.

We then wrap every item in your order by hand, to suit the occasion and the person receiving it.

At the payment step you will find a comments box. Tell us there if you have a preference for colour, paper or ribbon.

If you would like to enclose a card with your gift, you will find a selection in our GREETING CARDS range.
