You can pay for your order from the TRIXI GRONAU Concept Store securely and conveniently by credit card, PayPal or in cash when collecting your order.

Credit Card

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Depending on your card provider, additional authentication by your bank may be required for security purposes.

PayPal & PayPal Instalments

Pay easily and securely with PayPal. After selecting PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal during the checkout process.

PayPal instalments:On orders of €99 and above, PayPal may offer you the option to pay in monthly instalments. Availability, assessment and approval are handled exclusively by PayPal, and the applicable terms are shown to you directly by PayPal.

Pay in 30 days:Whatever the order value, PayPal may also offer you the option to pay 30 days later. Whether this offer appears is decided by PayPal.

Cash Payment on Collection

If you have arranged to collect your order from our studio in Hamburg-Lokstedt, you can pay in cash when collecting it.

Cash payment is not available for orders shipped by parcel service.

Security & Refunds

Your payment data is transmitted in encrypted form and processed securely according to your selected payment method.

Refunds are generally issued using the payment method used for the original order.
