Methods of Payment

You can pay for your order in the Trixi Gronau online store securely using one of the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer in advance
• Cash payment upon collection

Credit card
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Credit card payments may require additional verification by your bank for security purposes.

PayPal
Choose PayPal at checkout and follow the instructions provided by PayPal.

Bank transfer in advance
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing our bank details and your order number. We will dispatch your order as soon as receipt of payment has been confirmed.

International transfers may incur fees charged by your bank. These charges are independent of Trixi Gronau.

Cash payment upon collection
If you collect your order in person, you may pay the invoice amount in cash when your order is handed over. This payment method is available for collection orders only.

Refunds are generally issued to the payment method originally used for the order.
