The BELUGA office knife by Paul Adrian is a precision tool

Its compact blade allows for controlled, accurate cuts,
making it ideal for peeling, trimming, and preparing fruits
and vegetables. Inspired by the elegant lines of the beluga whale,
the design merges organic aesthetics with outstanding functionality.

Crafted from premium Swedish Sandvik 12C27M steel and
hardened to 59 (+/-1) HRC, the blade delivers excellent sharpness,
durability, and easy resharpening. The finely ground edge ensures
effortless, precise cutting.

Enhanced with a DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coating, the blade
features a deep black finish that reduces friction, provides a non-stick
effect, and offers superior resistance to scratches, acids, and
external influences.

The handle is made from rare 8000-year-old bog oak, making each
knife truly unique. Its natural grain and warm feel provide perfect
balance and comfort for fatigue-free use.
