Contemporary design, a close connection to nature and a real fondness for hunting-inspired and Alpine jewellery: the name behind the brand is Sabine Spangemacher, a trained goldsmith and graduate jewellery and product designer based in Wuppertal, Germany. TRIXI GRONAU carries a small edit from her fashion jewellery collection inspired by hunting and traditional Alpine style, with roe deer antler burrs, chamois and deer motifs, cords and sparkling Swarovski® details. Antler burr, horn and shed antler are natural materials, so no two pieces are quite alike.

Sabine Spangemacher is a trained goldsmith and graduate jewellery and product designer. Following her goldsmith training and studies in jewellery and product design, she gained further creative experience through periods of work and study, including time in London and insights into the studios of different designers. Today, she designs and creates her jewellery in her own workshop in Wuppertal, Germany.
Today, S Punkt Spangemacher encompasses different areas of jewellery design. Alongside handcrafted gold and silver jewellery, Sabine Spangemacher also creates fashion jewellery inspired by hunting and nature, using distinctive motifs and natural materials. At TRIXI GRONAU, we have selected pieces from this fashion jewellery collection with a focus on hunting and contemporary Alpine style.
ANTLER BURR & NATURAL MATERIALS
The burr is the ridged ring at the base of a roe buck’s antler, where it meets the skull. It is not shaped but sawn and polished, which is why it looks different on every piece. The same is true of horn and of red deer antlers, which the animal sheds naturally in spring. These materials are set against silver-plated zinc casting, waxed cords and faceted Swarovski® elements.
DEER & HUNTING JEWELLERY
Forests, wildlife and hunting run right through her designs, and the same motifs come back again and again: deer head, roe buck, chamois and antler. They are worked flat and drawn cleanly, so they sit close and never look like fancy dress. At TRIXI GRONAU you will find them mainly on cord bracelets and necklaces.
FROM DIRNDL TO DENIM
With traditional dress, a dirndl or an Oktoberfest outfit they are an obvious choice. They sit just as well with knitwear, linen or denim, and often a single piece is enough over a white shirt. The cord bracelets work well stacked with others, and the necklaces are long enough to wear over a jumper.
