Paul Adrian Bread Knife BELUGA DLC
Paul Adrian Bread Knife Beluga DLC Ebony
The Paul Adrian Beluga DLC is a handcrafted
Solingen bread knife designed for precise, clean
cuts through bread, pastries and crusty loaves.
Its extended blade and distinctive serrated edge
deliver control, stability and an exceptionally
pleasant cutting experience.
The 24.5 cm blade is forged from Swedish Sandvik
12C27M steel, engineered to meet the exacting
demands of a premium bread knife. The dual-sided
serrated edge ensures even cutting and
accommodates both right and left-handed users
with equal ease. Hard crusts yield cleanly while
soft crumb retains its structure.
The black DLC coating grants the blade an
elegant, striking appearance. It reduces
friction during cutting, supports clean slicing
and protects the surface through daily use.
The handle is crafted from deep black ebony,
sitting comfortably in the hand while
bringing warm, refined tactile qualities to
the design. Each knife's natural grain
variations make it truly one of a kind.
Every Beluga bread knife is made with meticulous
care in Solingen. An exceptional kitchen tool
for those who appreciate fine bread, superior
materials and purposeful design.
