Paul Adrian Office Knife BELUGA DLC
Paul Adrian Office Knife Beluga DLC Bog Oak
The Paul Adrian Beluga DLC office knife is a
refined Solingen handcrafted blade designed for
precision work in the kitchen. Its compact form
makes it ideal for peeling, trimming, slicing
and preparing fruit, vegetables and small
ingredients with control and ease.
The 11 cm blade is forged from Swedish Sandvik
12C27M steel, honed to a thin, sharp edge with
careful attention to detail. Each blade is
hand-finished and inspected for precision,
delivering clean cuts on delicate kitchen tasks
while sitting comfortably in the hand through
its well-balanced proportions.
The black DLC coating gives the blade a distinctive,
elegant appearance. It reduces friction during cutting,
enhances the knife's glide and performance, and
protects the steel surface through daily use.
The bog oak handle makes each knife a unique
creation. Its dark, natural grain pattern and warm
tactile quality underscore the distinctive
character of this small, handmade kitchen tool.
The Beluga office knife is crafted with
meticulous care in Solingen. A precision design
blade for those who value superior materials,
clean lines and reliable performance.

the dishwasher. Avoid contact with other metal objects to
preserve the blade's edge. Store on magnetic strips or in
a knife block. For the DLC-coated blade, do not use metal
scouring pads. Professional resharpening is recommended.
Occasionally condition the wooden handle with a small
amount of linseed oil.
