Paul Adrian Barbecue Knife BELUGA DLC
Paul Adrian Barbecue Knife Beluga DLC Ebony
The Paul Adrian Barbecue Knife Beluga DLC is a
handcrafted Solingen knife designed for grilling,
outdoor cooking, and serious food preparation. It
combines a powerful blade profile with precise
control, making it equally at home slicing meat,
preparing grillables, or handling herbs and
vegetables with equal finesse.
The 21 cm blade is forged from Swedish Sandvik
12C27M steel and engineered for versatile work.
It delivers controlled cuts, clean slicing
through grilled meats, and the power needed for
robust prep work. Rocking motions for herb
chopping are smooth and secure, making this
knife a pleasure to handle.
The striking black DLC coating gives the blade its
distinctive, elegant appearance. It reduces friction,
contributes to an exceptionally smooth cutting feel,
and protects the steel surface through daily use,
ensuring longevity and performance.
A refined detail sets this knife apart: an integrated
opening milled into the blade allows for stylish
hanging at the grill, in the outdoor kitchen, or on a
matching wall-mounted rack. Form and function merge
seamlessly in this thoughtful design.
The handle is crafted from deep black ebony,
sitting securely and perfectly balanced in the
hand. Each piece's natural grain makes your knife
truly one of a kind, emphasizing the premium
character of this exceptional barbecue tool.
Every Beluga Barbecue Knife is crafted with
meticulous care by hand in Solingen. A precise
yet powerful kitchen instrument for those who
appreciate grilling culture, exceptional
materials, and refined design.
