Paul Adrian Chef's Knife BELUGA 20 DLC
Paul Adrian Chef's Knife Beluga 20 DLC Ebony
The Paul Adrian Beluga 20 DLC chef's knife unites
Solingen craftsmanship with an exceptionally
refined, contemporary form. Inspired by the
flowing contours of the beluga whale, the knife
rests perfectly balanced in your hand, combining
the precision of a classical chef's knife with the
effortless control of a santoku.
The 20 cm blade of Swedish Sandvik 12C27M
steel is meticulously ground, honed by hand,
and carefully finished to deliver a sharp,
responsive cutting experience ideal for
vegetables, herbs, fish, and meat.
The black DLC coating gives the knife its elegant,
distinctive appearance. It reduces friction,
enhances cutting performance, and makes the blade
exceptionally durable for everyday use.
The handle, crafted from deep black ebony,
brings warmth, depth, and a refined tactile
quality to the design. It sits securely in the
hand and underscores the exceptional character
of this handmade chef's knife.
Each Beluga knife is created through meticulous
handwork in Solingen. A precise culinary tool for
those who value excellent design, superior
materials, and authentic craftsmanship.
