ELISA CROCO ROYAL BLUE – SMALL FORMAT, STRONG PRESENCE

Royal blue can be remarkably elegant.

ELISA CROCO by TRIXI GRONAU combines this intense colour with
a glossy, embossed crocodile-inspired surface that gives the
small envelope exceptional depth and character.

The irregular embossed sections resemble the visual structure
of crocodile leather, while the glossy finish reflects the
light differently across the surface.

Depending on the angle, the royal blue appears deep and
saturated or catches brighter blue highlights.

The material is not genuine crocodile or reptile leather.

A DISTINCTIVE COATED PAPER

ELISA CROCO is made from Pellaq Croco, a latex-saturated and
acrylic-coated paper.

Its coating gives the material its glossy crocodile-style
appearance while creating a durable, scratch-resistant
surface.

The paper is FSC™ certified and is REACH compliant.

It is also free from harmful plasticisers and heavy metals.

The result is a sophisticated bookbinding material with the
visual impact of embossed leather but without the use of
genuine reptile skin.

MADE FOR SMALL THINGS THAT DESERVE A SPECIAL PRESENTATION

ELISA measures approximately 10.4 x 6.5 cm.

It is intentionally compact rather than designed for standard
letter paper.

It works beautifully for:

a business card,
a small greeting card,
a handwritten message,
a voucher in a suitable format,
a small invitation
or a folded banknote.

It can also be used as an elegant small presentation envelope
for a gift.

CROCO ROYAL BLUE

Royal blue gives this ELISA version a particularly confident
and contemporary character.

A white card creates a crisp contrast.

Silver, cream, grey and black keep the look refined, while
pink, red or orange create a stronger modern colour statement.

The bold crocodile embossing makes CROCO one of the more
expressive ELISA surfaces.

A MINIMAL SLOT CLOSURE

The pointed flap closes simply by sliding into the integrated
slot.

There is no ribbon, button or additional fastening.

This leaves the envelope visually calm and allows the material
itself to take centre stage.

MADE IN OUR HAMBURG BOOKBINDERY

ELISA is made by TRIXI GRONAU in our own bookbindery in
Hamburg.

The material is first die-cut flat and then folded, shaped and
glued in the workshop.

For ELISA, we use selected material offcuts from the
production of our photo albums and books.

This results in small workshop batches rather than permanently
available standard colours.

Colours and textures change depending on the high-quality
materials currently available in our bookbindery.

ELISA CROCO Royal Blue is therefore available only while this
particular material remains in stock.

PERSONALISATION ON REQUEST

We can emboss initials, a name or a small motif onto the
envelope.

Choose from around 60 motifs, 20 foil colours ranging from gold
and copper to blind embossing, and several typefaces.

Everything is made in our own bindery in Hamburg. Because each
design is set up by hand, we quote per motif and quantity.

Larger runs for place cards and table settings are no problem.
